Having a baby and medical school?

I was planning to go to medical school now that my daughter is almost 15 (I had her when I was barely 15 and was very devoted to her, with the help of my mother…her father is totally out of the picture though), but I found out I’m pregnant again which was unplanned and the father/the guy I was with doesn’t really want to own up to his responsibilities either. Should I still go to medical school? Does anyone have any experience going to medical school and having a baby at the same time? Do you think it would be too difficult to do?
